I understand Q2 but am just wondering, is that either Nittens is not a new arrival or there were not cats waiting for 4+ weeks, or could both possibly be true? I guess I'm asking if this is inclusive or exclusive or (I am leaning towards inclusive).
I was thinking the same thing! If anyone could explain it better please :)
