I scored a 157 on my diagnostic at the beginning of December 2020. Then by January 25 2021, I scored 168 for the first time. By the time I took the February LSAT, I was averaging at 171 but got a 167 on the real thing. So my real score was exactly a 10 point increase. I'm retaking in two weeks though and hoping to hit 170+ this time.

For some reason I had to re-read the stimulus and answer choices several times and still had no clue what I was reading, like my brain just could not process what it was saying

I wish I had more time for the fourth game in LG. I was definitely rushing through it, and since it was odd, I have no clue how I did on it. LR was average. I struggled with RC, but it was my first section and is typically my worst one, so maybe that was just me.

@ yeah I had those same two sections! Definitely felt like I did significantly worse on the second rip. Literally barely had time to fill in my last answer choice. No time to review anything :(

I just finished! I had two RCs. One of them went really well and one of them I was really struggling so hoping that one was experimental :(

I actually signed up for a super early morning test because I want to get it over with as soon as I wake up. This is my second time taking it, and last time when I took it at 10:30AM I ended up waking up super early because of nerves and couldn't even eat or really do anything and my anxiety just kept building. So I'll pretty much just wake up and take it. This week, I haven't done any full PT's since Sunday (my test is tomorrow), but I was drilling like three sections per day until Thursday, and then I stopped everything until the test. Tomorrow morning, I plan on doing like 5 super easy LR questions and one super easy game just to warm my mind up. I didn't do that the first time I took the test and my mind literally went BLANK when I looked at the first section. It was like I couldn't read lol. Like I said, test anxiety really gets to me, so trying to do what I can to lessen it this time :)

I totally feel you. When I took my first full PT after six weeks of studying, I only scored 3 points higher than my diagnostic and I was so disappointed that I cried. I studied for 6 more weeks, and ultimately saw a 10 point increase on my real LSAT from my initial diagnostic (and on the real LSAT I actually scored a few points lower than what my PT average had reached by that point). Just remember that progress is not linear! And that even if you don't score well on a few practice tests, you're still so capable of improving, and sometimes they really are just flukes! Going into a test with confidence is huge. Easier said than done, and it sounds silly, but before I take tests, I say to myself, "I am so smart and capable. I can do this." Whether or not I actually believe it in the moment, it helps! :)

spent almost 4 minutes on this question and ultimately did choose E but I was having a really hard time just figuring out what exactly the answer choices mean
