I'm feeling the exact same way about this question...hopefully someone can shed some light??
Good pic ha - makes this question more bearable.
Awh Madeline that's terrible - my dog was diagnosed with a nasal tumor the week before the June LSAT and that was enough to keep me from writing it as I was a wreck. I postponed and re-registered for the September exam. I am in no way suggesting that is what you need to do (as you sound a helluva lot stronger than me!) but just take care of yourself and my heart goes out to you.
Jonathan - if you're planning on applying to two law schools that do NOT average your scores, would you recommend taking the June test i.e. Monday in order to get a feel for the exam and experience? I only discovered 7Sage 3 weeks ago and am therefore only 40 percent through my course syllabus with obviously a lot more to go…any advice is much appreciated as I am truly waffling.
I saw the words "only" "essential" etc. and was therefore wondering if this question could have been answered using formal logic? I attempted to try it using formal logic, for practice purposes, but I still need some work on those skills...
I agree - I labelled #4 a pseudo suff. assumption based on "following principles assumed" with the -ed (typically, with assumption questions the word assumption - ending in "tion" tips you off it's a NA and the assumed - ending in "ed" tips you off it's a SA) and the "allows conclusion to be properly drawn" - another typical SA / PSA stem. Any clarification out there?? I'd like to understand if this is a mistake on the answer key and if not, perhaps some further clarification why it is a NA??
