For me, its about ND focus on natural law jurisprudence. They are one of the few schools that holds the aforementioned view in a serious academic light, whereas most law schools are strict positive law theorists. This makes sense given ND's Catholic background.

Dig in and get into the 170s. There's no reason to rush into law school, especially at the price tag most schools demand. Another bonus would be avoiding this cycle... which is expected to be brutal.

To be honest, you should retake the LSAT and aim for a mid-160s score, at least. Even if you managed to get into a school, you would be paying a small fortune.

Other people have already suggested it, but Nathan has some great tools. Most recently, that means the LSAT Demon - I personally went from the 160s to 173 on it, while being in school and doing a number of other activities.

Don't rush, calm down, and you'll make it.
