I have a question regarding to the basic SA Q.
Is the method of diagramming applicable for every SA Qs?
When i first see this Q, i could not recognize that this Q is solved by diagramming. Thanks!

Btw, I am confused with the question stem.
Does it mean to select the answer which both Dr. disagree with?.
#help Strengthening question also allows the answer choice which strengthens one of premises?
