I currently got my LSAT score for OCT back and unfortunately it was worse than what my average was. My last PT before the test I scored above my average, so honestly. WTF. Anyway, I love 7sage for LG but would like to know if you guys used additional material for LR or RC. I've used loophole, it's definitely helped, but now I'm thinking of taking January. Please let me know advice for these sections, and what worked for you. Thank you!!

@ I find out tomorrow :'( I've been scoring mid to high 150's. If I get 155+ I have a good chance at my preferred school, their median I believe is 156?
Hi all, looking to apply for Fall 2022 and looking for some sort of advice or maybe someone who's gone through something similar.
I've been studying for the LSAT for almooooost a year and I signed up for December 2020, April 2021 and decided to push my test to June coming up. My reasons for pushing the past two times was because I had not reached my goal score of 150. I met that goal in April but by April my new goal score was 155 so I pushed it until June. I'm currently at a 155 plateau and now my new goal score is 160. I'm considering pushing it until October. I feel a lot of guilt for pushing and so I can't decide whether or not to take it in June and then again in October. June would be my third time and October would make it my forth time. My reasoning for June is bad, it's the last flex and it's more curiosity and the fact that it's shorter.
I know this depends on the school and some of the schools that I am looking at take the highest score so technically taking it a fourth time with improvements wouldn't be an issue?
My schools are Drexel law, Temple law, Upenn law (reach), Rutgers, really they're all reach schools in my eyes because law school haha. Any advice? Thank you.
I have a 3.5 GPA and graduated with honors if that's any help. I know the other parts of my application are super important too.
Am I the only one who is genuinely feeling pooped after the OCT LSAT? I signed up for November but my studying has been almost non-existent since my test. I feel awful because I should've kept pushing but I've been studying since June 2020 and my brain is fried.
My actual scores (timed) are in the low 140's (147 being highest). My highest BR is a 149. Should I be discouraged? My best section is currently the LG's. I'm having a hard time with LR (haven't reached the RC section yet). I'm taking exam in Jan. Would I have enough time to bring up score? My BR is encouraging but not my actual PT score.
Has anyone used 7sage's editing services? I literally can't afford to spend more but would like to have feedback on your experience? I feel very insecure about my PS and DS and paid an inexpensive service of $80 to review my documents but maybe I'm just too nervous and overthinking the content of my documents but I'm unsure. I wish 7sage had some sort of payment plans or whatever :'(
I know this will vary for everyone since everyone is somewhat going about it differently, but I'm curious about everyone's experience in this section. I had to take a break so I'm not near finished, I moved onto LG which I'm almost done with and then contemplating going to RC or back to LR.
someone explain this in baby words. I literally don't understand. ugh. it's driving me nuts.

Congrats on your ability to score a 150! If I were you I would not give up. I do not have ADHD but I have family members with ADHD so I can empathize with you. I to some extent have a hard time concentrating on studies. I started off at a 126 and after a year and a half I'm finally at 150. To be honest, I really sat down and focused hard the last 5ish months and that's when I saw my score increase by a lot. What helps me is setting a goal. For example, RC, while practicing untimed, I will read the passage, write down my summary etc, then take a quick break before questions. Once I'm ready to start questions, I'll do my best to answer them all, then take another break. If I do it all the way through, I can't entirely focus. I think it's important to build up to a point where you can finish the reading and questions in one sitting. Baby steps! I apply this to the other sections. I'll do one LG, BR, and then review. I'll take a break, and complete the number of LG I planned for that day. Similar to LR, I'll plan to do 5ish, take a break, and repeat. You've gotten so far that it wouldn't be a good idea to give up on your hard work. I know sometimes it's common to be stuck at a score and then suddenly jump, kind of like what has happened to you and me. ADHD aside, you might want to consider a tutor! The LSAT Facebook groups offer a lot of people at low prices. I myself have signed up for a tutor and it's good so far. I'm not incredibly smart, sometimes I just have to work harder than others but I know I am capable, as are you. Stay positive. This test is not easy and the fact that you're going for it and have had a score increase is a big accomplishment.
I had both and my lined paper was pink
I was supposed to test Saturday the 9th around 1140am est., but was told to reschedule. I immediately emailed LSAC because their lines weren't working. After 3ish hours I got a hold of someone and they assigned (sent a request) me a new date and was told i'd get an email but I never got one. I read that some people rescheduled on ProctorU and I was able to do that and was able to test the next day.
I didn't see anything on the test, couldn't even start it, but I do wish I would've waiting for a later date given how stressful my day was the day of my initial exam.
I'm currently focusing on RC and get about 8 to 10 wrong. I'm not sure what is the right way to review your wrong answers? Usually I'll just re-read the question and look at the right answer and say "oh, that makes sense". But I know that's not good enough. Any tips?
@ So I started with LR but it really dragged and I wasn't grasping it, so I took a break and moved onto LG which I actually love doing although to an extent, I suck. I will actually take your advice...I have Loophole by Cassidy that was recommended. So to you answer your question, I have not finished it mainly because I skipped LR, completed LG, started RC. But I will go back to LR while doing loophole. How should I go about going LG while doing LR? I want to make sure I don't forget LG's while doing LR.
@ Thank you so much. I agree. I'm kind of trying to figure the schools out but it's hard with no guidance. I will absolutely apply to Drexel and Temple and as many PA schools that aren't in my reach. My undergrad GPA is a 3.5, cum laude, honor societies in both majors etc etc etc (didn't come easy since I'm not naturally gifted  ) My best LG score is a -5. I'm looking to get an accommodation for LSAT because I have pretty bad anxiety to the point that I can't breathe and I know it's affecting my score when I take PT's because my BR's show me what I'm capable of. Anyway, I haven't gotten down the LR but my thought it to focus on both LG and RC which are my best and cross my fingers in hopes that I can get it down by test day. Of course I'll review the LR in hopes that it will help but I'd love to work on at least two sections and hope for the best.
Has anyone finished today or whatever? Just trying to see if things went smoothly after yesterdays shit show. I test at 11am est and was able to reschedule with proctorU after I was unable to test yesterday.
I'm looking into two schools but one of them I'm not entirely sure I will get into (I have yet to break 150 on a PT, I've only gotten a 150 in BR and I take exam in JAN, fml). Anyway, there's one school that I'm not entirely sold on because it's a T4 (Widener Law) but I sense that I can get manage to get into it (MAYBEEEEEE) but, I'd love to go to Drexel Law. Assuming I get into Widener and not Drexel, what are you thoughts on transferring after 1L? I've been wanting to go to law school since 2018 and here I am, REALLY TRYING STILL...thoughts?
I had my test at 1140am but prior to that tried to log into lawhub and noticed it glitching. I thought it was my internet but then my proctor told me it was LSAC. I was told to close out and call. Should I try to reschedule my test on proctor U through chat orrr....wait? I did call and was told I'd get an email to reschedule and that they'll probably at more time slots for tomorrow Tuesday but nothing yet 🥲
So I'm currently going through the LG section. I'm curious to know what you guys do after each times LG section. In other words, do you repeatedly do the games until you're able to get the inferences. I'm unsure how to strategize that. Should I finish sections within the LG section and keep retesting the LG games and then move on? I plan to take LSAT in JAN so I'm hoping fixing my issue will help.
I haven't been able to score a 150 (untimed) the closes I've gotten is a 146. Recently I find myself stuck at a 143 (timed) but when I do blind review, I manage to get 150 (I've gotten this twice my last two PT's). I don't know if I'll be able to start scoring in 150's by January (untimed). I would really like to get into school for the fall. My LSAT goal is mid 150's. I'll take a 150 too honestly. Anyway, my top two schools' deadlines are March 1. I COULD take the Feb LSAT, but I'm wondering if that is risky. Should I wait for next cycle? I feel like my time is running out. My next test will be the third attempt. I would try at most 4. Advice?
I'm with you on this. I range from 139-149 and have yet to even crack the 150's. I'm close to giving up. I've been studying for a while.
Hello,
I'm currently trying to break 150. My diagnostic scores range from 134-147. I've made A LOT of progress with my scores since the beginning of this journey (my lowest score has been in the 20's LOL). Anyway, I think that I might not be doing the BR properly. I recently took a first PT Flex and had a score drop to 142. To be fair I haven't finished ALL of the LR section because it was getting really long so I took a "break" and moved onto LG. I will be going back of course. What tips do you suggest for an effective BR? What techniques have you used that work for you? I'm looking to take the LSAT in January and hoping to score around 150/155+.
Hi I have a question...there's a school that I am applying to that says I must include any violation of the law EXCEPT those that were expunged and there's another school that says include any violation including those that were expunged.
In 2016 I got a citation for possession of alcohol that was expunged.
If I include an addendum for one school, but not the other, how will this affect me in the long run with the bar and in general with applications? Should I include it with all of my schools? I plan to practice in PA or NJ if possible.
Same thing happened to me. I was at my goal of 157 PT's but when I took my exam results I got a 148. I cried the whole day and the next day took a deep breathe and reanalyzed how I can overcome this and try again in January.
I was PT'ing in the high 50's and as soon as I got to the 80's I dropped to 153 consistently from PT 80-83. When I BR i'm in the high 150's. Is this indicative of how I'll do on the actual test? I'm testing this month and I feel like I'm doomed. I can't tell if I'm burning out, but i'm getting frustrated at seeing these scores and makes me feel like my hard work is back tracking. I planned to study until tuesday or wednesday my test is next saturday but now I'm not sure. Any advice?
I goal is honestly to be above 155 but close to 160/ 160 itself.
I'm currently using Loophole! I really love 7sage for logic games, for some reason LR didn't click with me so I decided to try loophole which has helped me significantly. Sometimes if there's is something I don't fully understand with Loophole, I'll skim through the LR section on 7sage to see if 7sage's explanation is more helpful. I will also use 7sage's timed/untimed questions to practice things from the Loophole.
