Good for you! I have a high pain condition and just got them approved. I actually had ChatGPT help me understand which ones would make most sense for me, and come up with ones I hadn't thought of like modified positioning and breaks. Then I drafted a letter for my PCP and asked if she would be willing to provide a version of it. ChatGPT also helped me with the online form to make sure I didn't miss anything. This is my first time requesting academic accommodations but everything went OK. Good luck :)
