Couldn't a flaw also be that they make a conclusion about the effectiveness of a therapist based on the claim that they use different methods? Shouldn't they instead have a conclusion about the effectiveness of the treatment?

I initially chose B but I would have to assume SOOO much for this to be correct. for B to be correct, I was assuming that they still thought they were in their original climate, so they behaved like they normally would. But actually, answer choice B doesn't resolve at all, in fact it makes it more confusing. If the island probably had the optimal climate for them to live in, and now they had more space, we would expect for this behavior to stop
if AC B would have said COULD be unrepresentative, then could this be the answer choice?
