I'm interested!
#help I guess I am confused as to what exactly answer choice D is saying. Can someone simplify it for me ?
#help How is A not supported by the stimulus?! I can very much inferred choice A from the passage.
#help I have a problem with the correct answer because I can explain why answer choice A is correct to me.
Choice A says: The threshold can be lowered by lowering the dietary consumption of cholesterol and fat.
Lets say that the average of how much a person eats (3 months ago) is 100g of cholesterol and fat. The threshold then will be 25g.
Well, then. Let's say that the average today now is 80g so threshold will now be 20g.
Choice A says that the threshold can be lowered if we lower the dietary consumptions of cholesterol and fat, one of the most important factors determining the serum cholesterol.
For me, Choice A is correct.
Can you please dissect my reasoning?
#help I thought that Flaw Questions are from the first family, hence, we are not to introduce new information when looking for the correct answer choice?
Introducing "noneconomic reasons" is a new piece of information.
If this was a weakening question, the C would make sense. But we are trying to figure out why the conclusion of "if the popular bill is passed, then it will have negative economic consequences" is not correct.
