Scholarships

Is it better to go to a 2nd tier school that's giving you full scholarship tor to an ivy league that's paying maybe a sixth of your tuition?

Lsat accommodations

I recently got aproval for time accommodations for the September lsat. Problem is I’m taking the July lsat with out the accommodations. Do you think if I get a good mark on the July they will relinquish my accommodations?

Grader option?

There used to be an option to grade your test right when you open up the app. Anyone’s know where that went? Also can I find that option on the website?

Lsat waiting list

Is it worth putting myself on the lsat waiting list? Do people ever cancel? Or do I have to wait for July instead of June?

Seeing Progress!

I started studying for the LSAT September with a 155 on an non timed LSAT by January 22 I got a 170 on a non timed test. I am now switching to timing myself to learn how to analyze and take the test as time efficiently as possible. At the same time spending more time on RC which is my weaker area. Any thought on how to own the timed LSAT scene? In the meantime keep grindin' everyone!! You got this!!!!

Timed logic games.

JY mentions by full proofing if you didn't do the question in the proper time, to go over it several more times. whats considered the proper time for each logic game? Do i give myself an extra minute or two if its a hard logic game?

The important detail you need to figure out is if the question stem is looking at the stimulus with a paradigm of valid or in valid. To figure this out see if the question stem assumes that there is a good support relationship. The question stem will use words such as valid conclusion, justify the conclusion or follows logically. If were dealing with an assumed valid argument than when asked to help out premises we are asking for "sufficient assumption" and "necessary assumption". When dealing with the conclusion we will be looking for "must be true" conclusions. If however there is no indication of validity to the argument than we will be looking to "strengthen" or "weaken" if were discussing premises. For conclusions look at the question stem to see if it wants a reiteration of the conclusion discussed above. In such a case it would be a main point question. If it is not hinted that the question is discussed above than its a most strongly supported question. Good luck!

writing notes on the lsat.

Are you aloud to write on the LSAT test page? For example underlining and bracketing sentences. Also writing notes on the column of the test.
