I feel so dumb, to say the least, at how I read/interpreted this question, so much so that I have to share.
Reading the stimulus, I assumed that the recording Hana had been gifted was a recording of herself expressing an interest in her brother's being there after the fact she had said she was not going to invite them. (why would this be the case, I have no clue) So, that is why I chose A because i thought Hana changed her mind about not wanting her brothers there after she knew they would gift her a recording of her expressing she did want them there, making her change her mind by a change in circumstances.
I'm not trying to justify my answer; I just was super off when reading this due to the way the word "recording" was used.
@Jake. thank you so much, I will definitely take that approach moving forward.
First of all, congratulations this is huge! Wishing you success!
Second, how did your practice look like? Did you just follow the study plan available here on 7Sage, or where there other approaches you took during that time?
I think I get these answer types wrong because I assume as if I was the author and make a decision. Instead of only using the author's words which are in the passage. I think my mind just wants to make a prediction by assuming instead of actually grasping from the text.
I don't know if that explanation made sense.
@LukaDoncicForMVP this definitely motivated me. I think this is great advice for everyone who reads! We got this!
@AdamLaw I have not, I actually just skimmed through the grammar area of the core curriculum. I will definitely go back and finish it. Thank you!
hi everyone, little back story. I’ve been studying for the LSAT for about 3 1/2 months now. I starting off with drilling and then hopped on to the study plan with my test date sent for June 6. My diagnostic was a 148 back in January, I took one today and got a 145. I feel like all the hard work and time I’ve dedicated has not paid off AT ALL. I do feel like I’m understanding everything while doing the study plan but maybe I’m not applying it well or enough practice???
Please drop any recommendations/encouragement to not want to give up. ⭐️
I knew after reading the stimulus that the answer had something to do with correlation does not cause causation. Yet the answer choice is soooo weirdly worded it completely threw me off and made chose another answer.
