How do we know noncompetitive activities isn't already included in Physical Education? It just said "most" schools focused on competitive sports. Maybe some schools already include noncompetitive ones.

I almost picked E, but was thrown off by 'other environments' and thought that we don't know if that included savanna/woodlands.
