Blind Review

Hello All,

I recently just finished my first preparation test yesterday evening. Now I am preparing to do the blind review method on the questions. However, I have a question concerning the practical framework of this review. I would like to know how an individual will be able to measure their "raw" score (the initial score after completing the preparation exam), if the blind review method recommends for an individual to avoid scoring the test until the end of the review? I want to make sure that I am correctly measuring my improvement going forward. So if anyone could help me understand this process more clearly, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Conditional Reasoning

    HI everyone,

I have been struggling to correctly answer sample logical reasoning/weakening the argument type questions. Unfortunately, I am repeatedly selecting the most attractive wrong answer choices for each of the questions. My LSAT preparation material is advising me to use conditional reasoning techniques to identify the correct answer choices. So I am wondering if anyone can tell me whether using necessary condition and sufficient condition strategies works with finding the correct answer to logical reasoning/weakening the argument type questions.

Thank you all for the responses to my post, and I will start focusing on the 7 sage curriculum. I received that source of information from the Power Score's series and often times I am overwhelmed with the information provided from the Power Score Bibles.

    Logic Games Types

    Hello All,

My name is Talithia Martin and I am scheduled to take the LSAT in December this year.I've personally had my struggles with all the sections, however, I am finding my performance with logic games a little difficult to improve. One of the major questions I would like to ask is what is the difference between each type of logic game?

    For example

    a.) Basic & Linear Games

    b.) Grouping Games

    c.) Grouping & Linear Combination

    d.) Mapping Games

    e.) Pure Sequencing

    f.) Pattern Games

    Strengthen Questions and Weaken Questions

    Hello All,

I'm concerned with my performance with Strengthen and Weaken Questions. I am struggling with these two question types to the point where I'm getting every question wrong for them. I'd tried to adapt to the technique of finding the assumption from stimulus but that just doesn't work for me. I believe that I'm thinking to hard or I'm becoming confused with how I can find the assumption. The weird thing is that prior to learning this technique I found strengthen questions to be the easiest question type to answer. Can someone provide me with an alternative technique or may help understand I can overcome this difficulty with the assumption technique.

    Practice Test Scheduling

    Hello all,

I have been struggling the longest with discipling myself enough to have a stable schedule and now I am starting to find some consistency in my study schedule. Unfortunately, I do not know how often I should take prep test or if I should wait to take them until I have reach the end of all the lessons on the syllabus. I have completed my first prep test and I am currently finishing my blind review method. However, I do not want to do another prep test until I know which approach would be more effective in improving my score.

Potentially burnt out days before my test #Help

    Greetings,

I'm taking the November LSAT FLEX on Wednesday. Originally my score was at 141but my score gradually increased over the passed couple of months. I've been stuck at 153 since the end of September, however, I have a strong feeling that I would be able to score higher if I learned to became more comfortable with the time constraints. I went from taking prep test every week to almost everyday along with other forms of timed and mastery practice. I am a person who in general has issues with anxiety. I am currently three days away from taking my LSAT test and I am experiencing a major reoccurring problem. For the past two weeks, I've been experiencing the inability to finish my test due to panic. I usually start to become frustrated and unfocused to the point where I'm unable to regain my focus enough to answer the remaining questions ( I was not experiencing this problem up until the last week of October).

I'm not sure if I'm burnt out to the point where it escalating my anxiety or if it's another underlying reason. I am hoping I can receive advice on what I should do from this point.#HELP
