im with you, trying to cram in the next couple days but already preparing to retake in january. i've been trying to view it as a win win--either i score high enough where i dont retake or i gain experience and do better in the future. best of luck to you!!

this passage, more than any other part of the lsat curriculum, makes me doubt the inerrancy of the logic of the lsat writer's. there was some bullshit in these questions lmao

i wavered between AC A and C for the main point question for SO LONG and settled on C because the bulk of the passage just focuses so much more on the differing classifications of her work, aka the dichotomy!! like am i wrong in thinking a false dichotomy is still a type of dichotomy...im just mad lol

I hate this dumbass question. it only says "getting good value for their money," not "getting their antiques as cheap as possible." If you have someone appraise it and then charge more, they could still be getting good value because it's been professionally appraised.

That's exactly what's confusing me. I still don't understand why A is the correct answer if it excludes the possibility that someone is likely to become a more responsible driver through driver re-education. Why bother including as a possibility for punishment if the author doesn't actually believe it should be implemented?
