IF that were to happen - which I highly doubt, I would, in that case, deduct answer choices based on strong language. The stronger the AC, the more unlikely for that to be the answer. Because again, in casual questions, the conclusion is a hypothesis. Therefore, it cannot be certain or must be true.
This is MY opinion.
My brain was and still is incapable of comprehending wtf the stimulus was trying to say, with that said, thank God answer choice C was there.
