I don't remember which RC section it was on, but I saw a comment from one of the tutors that suggested starting with passage 4 and working backwards through the section. Passages 3 and 4 are typically harder than 1 and 2 so theoretically, this makes the section get easier rather than harder as you go through so when you're dealing with the mental drain, at least it's on an easier passage. I've tried it on a few full sections and it has definitely helped me get through them more easily without feeling as rushed on the harder passages at the end.
