@.rogan Go to your LSAC account, press "The LSAT", and along the side you will see "LSAT Status: View all LSAT Information". From there you are able to make a test day complaint. Keep in mind that the appeal must be made three days after your test day. I hope that yours is within that time frame because it is a very frustrating situation, I understand.

@ She said that the recording stopped, which I don't understand how since my camera light was still green since the start of my session with her.

@-1

Thank you so much for your insightful reply to my post. You have no idea how much this has helped me!! You are absolutely correct, it will naturally feel much better given the better circumstances for the retest based on what I learned in the previous test. The retest will be a blessing.

Congrats on the 170, that's amazing!

Thank you again :)

LSAT Retake due to Proctor Interruptions

Hi everyone!

I experienced proctor interruptions during my LSAT on my very first section, which took time away from answering questions and forced me to guess the ones I could not get to. Due to this, I am seeking an LSAT retake. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar circumstance and if the retake test difficulty was similar to the original testing date. I genuinely thought that the Nov. LSAT was fair but unfortunately, stress from the interruptions got the best of me and my ability to concentrate. I am nervous that the retake will be a different level of difficulty and end up being worst. What do you guys think?

170 would be the ideal goal. I would say that I struggle most with RC as well, mainly because of timing reasons.

Hey! I’m also taking the Sept. LSAT, I think that’s a great idea! What score are you aiming for?

This is a perfect example of strengthening a stimulus that rests on an analogy: that is, between Moral Vacuum's music and that of The Cruel Herd's. Thus, to strengthen, you just have to make it more analogous. If this was a weaken question, you would have to make it less analogous (find a reason that differentiates Moral Vacuum from Cruel Herd completely). AC A does exactly the former: it adds another reason to increase the likelihood that Jackie will like The Cruel Herd's new album.

I initially chose D, but in hindsight, I can see that D does nothing for the analogy. Just because all the music Jackie prefers to listen to is rock music, it does not mean that she will like The Cruel Herd's new album. This completely neglects the stimulus' argument depending on the comparison between Moral Vacuum and The Cruel Herd to posit the idea that there is a possibility for Jackie liking The Cruel Herd.

It's like saying that because I like Lil Baby, I will probably like Drake's new album. Something similar to AC D would be: All of the music that I prefer to listen to on a regular basis is rap music. Well, just because all the music I listen to is rap music, it does not mean I will like Drake's new album.

Logical Reasoning Help

Hello!

I'm looking for a small group of people to discuss and drill Logical Reasoning questions.

Anyone in the 160-170 range and taking the January LSAT, or another date for that matter, please shoot me a message and I will create one! I believe this group can help keep each other accountable and share helpful tips to truly excel at 4 or 5 star questions.

The only thing confusing me is that for AC B, it rests the blame on ALL drivers of sports cars, whereas in the stimulus, only those responsible for late payments are to be charged fees. Can someone provide me with an explanation for this?

@ Perfect! Because as of right now, I only have my diagnostic score on my 7Sage account and would like to be paired with people scoring similar to my improved score.

January LSAT

Hello everyone!

Looking for a motivated study group where we can hold each other accountable and make LSAT studying a little more bearable! We can review any question types, depending on each of our problem areas. I do want to pay particular attention to LR, as I believe getting insight into how others may approach these types of questions can be extremely valuable.

Let me know in the comments below and I will create a group chat!

@

Hey!

Quick question: how will you automatically place people in groups with others scoring similar if perhaps we don't take PT's on 7sage and don't have an accurate depiction of our score?

Thank you!
