I'm not gonna lie I worry about a lot of people's ability to learn if they are complaining about not having a video. Sure, it's nice to have it broken down; however, reading requires active participation from the viewer. If the lack of a video is making it boring or difficult to learn I urge you to try harder to understand the subject matter.

The second claim is simply stating that there are few companies building houses and many individuals in need of housing, not that the number of individuals needing housing is increasing or that there are fewer companies building houses than before.
