I am confused. So originally I chose answer choice E but after the blind review, I chose answer choice C. To me, it seems like both of are drawing on assumptions/ inferences (not sure what the correct terminology is)

For example, for answer choice E, I do not see how, "research that was not directly concerned with legal proceedings" relates to psychological research. It seems like a stretch.

While in answer choice C, "records of judges' decisions in court cases" makes the same leap but in my view, it makes more sense than answer choice E. This is because if the decisions at the end of the case were unfavorable then the research wouldn't matter anyway thus making it irrelevant.

Can anyone provide more clarity?

I kinda looked at it different:

Am I not allowed to attack the conclusion?

For example: I was thinking as an assumption that Mr Fat Cat knocked down the trash can for something other than salmon. Is that still a valid assumption?

I need help understanding this:

People tend to be less objective regarding a subject about which they possess extensive knowledge than regarding a subject about which they do not possess extensive knowledge.

My brain went to the following splits:

People are equally as objective

OR

People are more objective about a subject which they do not possess extensive knowledge.

I feel like it is wrong but I don't understand why it would be or why it wasn't the first thing said

I feel like I am not improving even though I have been studying for months. My initial test was 144 and I have not improved since then even though I have been with 7 Sage, should I try somewhere else because I am not understanding what I am doing wrong and it is not making any sense?

I am taking drills but I am not understanding how he is getting placing the terms in the sufficient and necessary places. My diagrams does not look nearly as similar and the explanations he is giving is not sufficient (or is it necessary) - my point exactly. I have been with 7 sage for over 7 months now and have not seen any improvement in my score because I still don't understand how he is getting these answers. Should I just move on and try another place to study because this is getting ridiculous.
