Hey everyone looking for some tips with this issue:
So recently on my timed full-length sections I have been doing very well and have been scoring -1 to -3 for both LR and RC. But then on my PTs I fall apart and score way worse like -3 to -8
Its getting pretty frustrating because how can I go from getting -1 on 3 LR sections in a row to -7 when its a on a PT
What are ways to improve 1. stamina and 2. anxiety and stress. I think my main issue is that I feel so much pressure to score well on my PTS that I overthink and generally just freeze up.
