To be a fork is sufficient for cutlery. It is the not neccessary as there are other types of cutlery. To be cutlery is neccesary to be a fork.

A corrollary is a statement which logically follows from another based on the structure of the statement. In this case because we know that the stornger an argument is, the stronger it's assumptions are it logically follows that the inverse, the weaker an argument is the more absurd the assumptions are, is also true.
