I also had two LG sections; the second being markedly more difficult than the first. It threw me for a loop after the first LG section, which I had perceived to be more on par with the typical layout of sections of the past. But I can't be sure. Although it IS eating me alive.
I also had this issue. I wasn't convinced that A was the right answer, but I was sure that E (its only real rival within the answer choices) was incorrect because I perceived a clear distinction between medical problems v. injuries...
I found #4 to be confusing because I understood Marshall's strategy as being "subjective" (E) insofar as he "carefully selected sympathetic litigants." I get that innovation implies "unprecedented" (C), but I also think that the language of the paragraph in question makes answer choice (E) more relevant. I realize that there cannot be two correct answer choices, but I'd appreciate a little more insight into why (E) is absolutely incorrect.
The 25 and one of the 26s are real. I had the same questions as @mengdixu568 xu!
