FWIW, I find these podcasts very useful. I'm only 19% through the CC, but listening to them is introducing me to ideas that I would have had to troll the forumns to find otherwise, if at all. The outcome is that I'm learning tips that will help in the future so I can prepare effectively from the beginning instead of, say using up all of the prep tests early, or failing to account for luck in my PTing as described in this podcast. I totally fell for the blossom (A). And I even know something about rhododendron leaves. They make good spouts for trickling mountain springs.

Not that it helps at this point, but "of the parties" is also up for interpretation. This could mean "of either of the parties". Perhaps "of both of the parties"? Possibly clarify to "and not of one party and not (or without) the other."?
