Ahhh okay thank you so much! This has been tripping me up, because I have felt like I was breaking the "rule" and not negating. Perfectly explained!
Hi All..Quick Q. On the following sentence, using rule 3 (pick one part of the relationship, negate it, then make it the sufficient condition):
"It's not over until the fat lady sings."
O>FLS (on this part, do I think of the negating on the "O, over" because I removed the "Not" in the sentence before it?
/FLS>/O
I keep getting confused on this because of the definition of Negate, i.e. to deny, to declare not to be true. Thanks so much!
When to assume, when not to assume..frustrating....I'm literally getting worse on this test.
I misread C as employees filed the day the factory closed...so, there was an increase in filing that day. Ugh.
Would you mind translating the last part of what you said please? This is what I'm struggling with. So, you are saying I do negate the idea that I won't be translating the conditional to. Thank you so much....I am almost there:). @warddarien10969 -I posted to myself, but this was meant for you-ha!
Hi All! Quick question? Regarding Lawgic and translation rules for group 3 and 4. I understand I need to pick either idea, then negate that idea etc. I am getting stuck at times if the idea I choose is already negated. Do I always remove the negation from the idea? I'm getting stuck in the rule of negating. Thanks for the help!
I deal with the same, i.e. confidence and not trusting my instincts (which we need both to be successful), esp. after I don't do as well as I know that I can on sections. This is a battle within our minds. I read helpful articles online regarding confidence and trusting my instincts. Do not let your self doubt win, you can do this! Relax, and do not think this January test is all or nothing....we have the tendency to put that much pressure on ourselves, because that is the mentality of a lot of our personalities (we are fighters, and want to fight for others). When these thoughts come in....do not accept them! Good luck-you got this!
Hi Wayne Frank- just remember, the person who is very special to you would never ever want you to torture yourself. I feel it was meant to be for us to connect. I chased this goal off and on since I was 16, I’m now 47. I just let it go. I’m a determined person, and believe in enduring and fighting until the end…, but I had to put this goal to rest. I too, had a person tell me to seek this goal out when I was young, and they have since passed. You will read a thousand quotes to keep going and never give up, etc., just make sure this goal is truly your goal. Best of luck.
