THANK YOU. I was deciding whether to postpone myself (I was originally scheduled to take the test in September), and I was right on the verge of this realization. This post was exactly what I needed to confirm my decision, and feel good about it too.

Fun fact: a lawyer who specializes in estates o prenups would still have issues with the prenup as shown after revisions. What if the couple has infertility problems and ends up adopting or needing a surrogate? Imagine how pissed someone would be if they ended up in court because they realized after the divorce that their spouse had no obligation to pay up for an adopted kid who wasn't "born of the two parties." This stuff gets SO complicated, SO fast.
