What does it mean when it says that a LOR is "In Progress" on LSAC but I know that the person has submitted the letter back? Thanks!

I am scheduled to take the LSAT Flex next week. I put in an equipment request with LSAC to use one of their surface pros. I tried to take a prep test with it using 7sage's online prep test tool and I found it to be incredibly glitchy. When I tried to find highlight things or select answer choices with my finger, it would zoom in a lot and I had a hard time getting it to zoom back out. I'm wondering if anyone has used the surface during the actual test and had this same issue while inside the actual test?
Does anyone know what this section of the email from LSAC that August Flex takers got yesterday means? I'm not sure what menu they are talking about...Is this just our regular LSAC account? Thanks!!
IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage you to log into your LSAC LawHub account using your LSAC username and password at least once prior to your test session, to ensure they are correct. When you test your username and password, you should see a new “LSAT-Flex” option in the left-hand menu. Clicking on this “LSAT-Flex” option should bring up a message that you are eligible to take the LSAT-Flex. If you do not see the “LSAT-Flex” entry in your LawHub menu, please contact us directly at 215-968-1001 or email us at LSACinfo@.org, with “AUGUST LSAT-FLEX ISSUE” in the subject line of your email.
Is there somewhere on 7sage to purchase the logic games bundle to foolproof the games. I thought I had seen it somewhere but now I can't seem to find it.
Hi Everyone,
So I took the August LSAT and did well, well enough to reach the top 75% in my target schools. Then I took the October LSAT and had the DREADED 4th game in the LG section that was UNBELIEVABLY hard which I think contributed to my lower score in October. Logic Games are usually my best section. My score dropped 6 points in October. Should I write an addendum for this drop or does it not matter?
Is there a way to see the breakdown on our score, like how many LR were missed, LG, and RC? I know I can't view the actual test, but I'd like to know the breakdown if possible.
Can someone post the email? I never got it!!!
@ How long did it take you to get used to them, I feel like I'm running out of time!
I'm scheduled to take the LSAT Flex in August and I had been doing ok on LR, missing 4-5 questions per section. I decided to do some practice tests in the 80s and I've been missing anywhere from 8-12 questions per section which has tanked my score. Now I'm freaking out about August's exam and I don't know what to do. Why did this happen??
Hi there, I am using a Chromebook and a Google web browser for the videos. I have been doing 7Sage for a while now, and I didn't have issues before. It was just recently, this week, that the issue popped up. Thanks for your help!
Yes, it is all the videos.
Elaine, I tried that, but it did not work.
Does anyone know why I can hear the sound on videos in the course but I cannot see JY map out anything or see the question which makes it hard to follow along. #Help

I am having the same issue even though I have the ultimate+ course.....hmmm
Actually, for some reason I cannot access them from my syllabus or study schedule but if i go to Resources>Explanation Videos, they are all there.
Maybe try that jyk288?
Hi there,
Sorry about that. The explanation videos are no longer accessible from the Syllabus tab. All the explanation videos are now accessible from the following page only: https://classic.7sage.com/lsat-explanations/.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi there, when I click on your link it it only videos for the games though, where are the rest of them for the entire prep tests?
Where in our account would we go to listen to these recordings? Or will they be in a Zoom account?
