For the available LSAT questions is there a way to post them and discuss? I clicked discuss but I do not think it allowed me to share the question.

My only qualm with answer choice D was that I thought stating they've tried everything to the extent current science allows was an assumption. However, the first sentence eliminates the need to make an assumption, which I looked over. This question is difficult because you really need to be weary of each detail which is tough with a time limit of about 1.30. Good luck practicing out there, let's get this down!
I'll do my best to explain my thought process, hope this helps:
So this political party wants to stimulate the economy, and to do that they're going to give 600 million dollars back to the tax payers. HOWEVER, this money isn't just going to come out of thin air AND they can't go into debt or borrow money; the budget has to be balanced or even. So to make it even, they have two options:
1. They impose a new tax to get 600 million.
2. You let off workers to save up 600 million.
The author argues that it is IMPOSSIBLE to see an increase in spending because if you tax an additional 600 million in the hopes that people spend it, at BEST you would break even, assuming everyone spent all of the money that was given back to them. And if you let workers off to save up 600 million, you just lost workers who would be spending their money.
The correct answer says, the province could come up with the 600 million by using their workers effectively. This means they can allocate the 600 million without giving away 600 million, resulting in a net increase.
Just copied this for my notes. Thank you for breaking this down!
I differentiated being honest about the rules of society and just being honest, which was how it was worded in the answer section. I thought you could not infer that simply being honest = being honest about the rules of society.
To each their own. I enjoy it because it has a true classroom feel to it. I feel like I would get extremely bored listening to him read off a script for every single video. This feels more personal as if I am listening to him talk in person but I think everyone enjoys different things!
This question is BS for many reasons. For one, I truly believe E makes much more sense than B. I originally was going to go with B because let's be honest, it makes sense. However, nowhere does it touch on television violence, rates of violent programs, nor viewership of these violent programs. Contextually, we can reasonably infer that violent programs are the cause during the dawn of television sets. However, I thought we had been taught to exclude all of our preconceptions and look at questions strictly on the basis of what is in the passage. Therefore, I chose E. Correlating leisure with television is a much more plausible jump as compared to violence. During the video, he ruled E out for the same reason we were able to infer B! It makes absolutely no sense to me and I understand E is a stupid answer when using context, but I think without that outside context, B would be incorrect.
I chose C because I felt that just because THC weakens the immune system does not mean it directly causes cancer. That to me would be like saying "Beer weakens the immune system making you more likely to get the flu. Then you get the flu and say "Beer causes the flu". Maybe that was just me?

I had the same issue with this question. I thought breeding was the actual process of doing the deed while reproduction was laying successfully hatching the eggs. Funny we had the same issue!
Anyone planning on taking the October LSAT? How far are you along in the course and how much time do you dedicate per day. Just wondering how everyone else is doing!
Q7
Answer choice C states the positive pump has a single or twin screw while the centrifugal has no mention of this. I didn't end up reading E because I immediately selected C, but I suppose my question is, what makes C a bad answer?
Is it because it was never explicitly stated whether or not the Centrifugal pump had a single or twin screw? But how could this be because it's also not explicitly stated whether the Centrifugal pump had exposure to crude? I feel like this was glossed over because the explanation isn't very convincing. Any help is much appreciated!
