I also was kicked from the test after the security check before being paired with a proctor! During my exam as well i only made it past section 1 :( during section 2 prometric said i had been disconnected from my proctor, seemingly an internet problem. After 5-10 full minutes of retrying connected prometric told me i am unable to proceed and to call their candidate care line. I called their help line and emailed with no response to either. Even when exiting the application and trying to re-login (and start the entire security process over), prometric said i am unable to login. Like you I also submitted a complaint with LSAC and will hopefully be able to retest in june, especially considering i only finished one section........
