is it recommended when there is a 2 passage set to treat the questions like this evaluating one passage at a time?-- does anyone have any advice on this?

when the answer choices refer to two or one pesticide, how do we know to treat EZ as one pesticide and not two separate ones?-- this drastically impacts how the answer choices are evaluated
If anyone can clarify this for me, that would be great!

if the argument is that Natural would be substituted by Coal, and the if the answer choice results in coal still being chosen i dont understand how it undermines the argument -- can someone help please :)

I'm having a bit of trouble with understanding how A is eliminated so easily,
if they do "band together" can't that lead to none of the effects and thus no apartments? What mistake am I making if someone could help me out please?
