How do you know it is observational data and not a study or experiment or something like that? Do you just know on the basis of the fact that it says records?? I thought it was a study and weakened it with answer choice D. But factoring in Observational data it makes sense why E is correct just don’t know how you’re suppose to know if it observational data or not?
