I have been preparing for a couple months now and I am trying to create study group of ambitious students looking to score a 170+. 'C' is wrong because the question stimulus doesn't exactly make an observation. If the stimulus mentioned that "I noticed ...." it could be an observation.

I think the sentence here is comparing: 'Some cultivars of corn' v 'Most other cultivars of corn' and it is comparing the fact 'How closely they are morphologically related to sorghum'.
