I honestly think JY's video explanations for RC and LR are dangerous to follow. Half the time I do not agree with the reasoning behind the answers. I don't think the explanation for #27 was particularly helpful here. A better way to look at it would be that while answer choice A says that the mayor could have not won WITHOUT the district, its not denying that the other districts are contributing to the win, which the modular explanation does deny about other parts of the brain (its only the amag. not anything else, that's causing the emotion). JY's overly rigid and dismissive approach to the analogy is incorrect - the use of "new mayor" just implies "getting the mayor elected"... not that far of a leap, and allows one to construct the analogy.
