Chose E on both tries as I completely overlooked the key part "the pesticide that has been formerly used", definitely thought it was talking about the new pesticide having lasting effects. Had I eliminated E as well, I probably would've went with A, although I'm still trying to figure out what it is exactly saying.

UGH i ruled out A because i thought "that is clearly fallacious" was describing Espinosa's argument, not Jones's

It was honestly baffling to see how setting up the game differently (double layered sequencing versus just 1-10 in a line) changes how the rest of the game goes. I'm just going through different types of games ahead of my LSAT on Tuesday and was wondering if y'all can suggest any specific games with a difficult twist to prepare for the unexpected?

Thanks in advance!

I just got a bit thrown off by the last sentence of the stimulus: "in spite of appearances to the contrary", I just assumed that that element of evidence to the contrary had to be a part of the parallel flaw on top of the whole-to-part flaw which I picked up, hence I eliminated A in the process and tried to force the intuition into C....
