Its a SA questions so youd want to approach this question by finding an A.C that would ensure the conclusion must be true.

By concluding the game must have originated sometime between approximately A.D. 1000 and Cortez’ arrival, the author is only assuming this because they had rubber balls since 1000 AD ... but what if they played the game with something other than a rubber ball? if that were the case than we dont know if game started between 1000-1519 AD, the game could have started way before that with a rock for all we know. thus (D) is the correct assumption to ensure the conclusion must be true. Hope that helps.

Do not let people discourage you with how THEY perceived the test! those are just opinions from a select few and not from majority of test takers. So take a breather and believe in yourself. You are prepared, you prepped, and you dedicated your time into this test. Don't let your nerves make you doubt yourself, you will do beyond amazing today!

Has anyone who did the test on Sunday hear back about a retake yet?

Just completed my test, and super annoyed I did not get my second 10 minute break even though I one, confirmed with the proctor I am allowed two 10 minute breaks before beginning the test, and second, I was anxious as the 60 second timer was counting down so I called and messaged and no proctor was responding! I reallyyyy needed that break because i mentally checked out after the third section because its how I prepped for all my practice test coming up to the test. Its just annoying to be caught off guard, while also heightening my (already bad) anxiety. I emailed lsac so hopefully I can get a retake soon and not a redeemable future "coupon" because I know I could have done way better in that last section had i tuned in properly!!

Just finished! I had LR - LG - RC - LG! Had the famous Nigerian author passage, LR reminded me alot of the 80's PT (no monkey token question) it mentioned the dark feather birds. the LG was okay, usually my best area and i get through all the games but could only get through 3! which made me anxious, and the last LG section was more difficult (hoping it was experimental) and also was not given my 10 minute intermission. I remember a game about political/union parties and counselling? cant remember whether that was the first or second LG though

im getting mixed feeling about this test, some are saying the LR is similar to 60/70s while others are comparing it to the early 80's (in which i found way more difficult!) ofc either way im fineeeee right??!? * hyperventilates *

i choose D as well, until I realized the second paragraph didnt list/enumerate the arguments it will be discussing. instead, what paragraph 2 did was clarify the ramifications (line 16-19)

the fallacy is that the author states that ad hominem attacks are wrong and then makes one himself. Hence why (E) points this out "employs a tactic at one point that it elsewhere objects to"

this is an ad hominem flaw (commentator → attack → Roehmer)

the author implies that its not okay for Roehmer to impugn motives, yet in the end impugned Roehmer motives. sigh what a hypocrite!

unless = all we know is why you should NOT be licensed (B)

unless does not = why we should be licensed (C,D,E)

This video made me realize I need to practice my logic more so I can do these questions more easily (:
