yeah really well done, I picked B, more from a sufficient assumption approach then really plugging the loophole, which I just didnt pick up on this one...
is this common for the lsat writers to leave out the inference and put it in the ACs and ask for what is "most (strongly) supported"? #help
@cherry641 so your comment about the digital tester in the last three PTs, we dont need to simulate modern then based on what you said?
Thanks!
right thanks for that but doesn't the fact that hes also criticizing McFeney defeat the purpose of the principle??
classic example of me burning time and changing my correct AC for an incorrect second thought bc I struggle with SAs!! Have to nip that habit in the bud :C
#help isn't in this case "c" is not criticizing others, but AC A tells us the Shimada is criticizing even if not himself?
thanks for this post. I also found C quite tricky. I got the loophole quickly and was looking for the best way to block with an NA in the ACs but got sucked into that "sketchy" comparative as you phrased so well and lost sight of the provable language in E that could easily negate to wreck the Conc..
I also chose C and I see now why E is correct but I think we should take some satisfaction in picking up the "tend to" as the most supported language just missed the mark on the content!
brother this was the best thing ive read on 7sage!! Fucking appreciate you cuz ive been down bad in the trenches doing the same shit but you're right JY really put it into perspective with this one and we just gotta keep grinding with the end goal in mind.
thanks for breaking the complex conditional explanation in the video down in simple terms! I had C on intuition but got lost in my own head figuring out the conditional!! sometimes best to just use hueristics.....
still confused slightly why "no guarantee of success" seems to be group 4 negate necessary and the passive verb "to be" seems to indicate background is necessary instead of background experience being sufficient..
wait in RC passage 3 the way the explanation video is set up it looks like JY goes thru passage A first and tries to narrow down ACs that dont match A and then goes thru passage B and finds the correct AC from whats left? is that a good technique to try to follow? #help
why isn't this a PSA question? confused by the question stem given its states if assumed?? #help
wow are you a tutor or something haha?!! this is so well worded and thought-out, huge help!!
do PSAs always use this question stem wording?

This is a great example of a bridge NA, though I remember there being another type of NA from the CC.... what are the different types of NAs and whats the easiest way to ID them? #help
Wow this is what I love about the 7sage community! how do we enter the lottery for your free tutoring sessions? Congrats on your journey brother!!
lmaooo JY taking shots at the vegans with "beefing up" faux pas
wow this feels so epic to be reading a response from THE JY himself (albeit 9 years ago), back when HE was the Steve Jobs (in his garage version) of the LSAT world I imagine... and I find myself doing the same thing..... maybe there is hope for me yet...
skipped over the accounting for inflation bit and completely clowned the loophole!
