What are the logical indicators he mentions? Negate necessary? Group 4? Did I miss a lesson? #help

I understand why it is E but I do not understand why it is not C, because C says that patients rarely suffer back pain at the time of injury, and the stimulus says in most cases, chronic pain takes years to develop. Is the reason C is wrong because the stimulus mentions chronic back pain and C does not? #help
I will be all over this board on 9/13 :)
