4/5 with medium/hard questions after missing literally every question in this practice set. Am I learning or am I delusional?

how in the world did i get a 1/5 the first time I tried this drill and a 5/5 immediately after when I tried a new drill set of the same question type? I blame daydreaming and a lack of coffee foam.
