I understand why the answer is "B" but I don't understand why "C" is wrong... It was explained that "C" - people who for example may drive big trucks that cause more pollution are maybe not likely to walk but why would it not be feasible for these people with the big trucks to walk? If big truck people walked there would also be less pollution. But I guess that "B" would strengthen the argument just a little bit more....
