Okay the reason why I chose E was because it said "sufficient" and levels of sufficiency are different so a little bit could be sufficient for the reaction to occur. I was between C & E to be honest, but went with E overall because I was also thinking about how people's bodies react differently so everyones level of sufficiency is different. Was I thinking too far beyond, I'm not sure. Like I get why C is right, but I need more explanation on why E is wrong.
