Can someone please explain question 7 and the answer? If we are negating the comparison, how can we conclude that "the time required to complete a task is longer for experienced workers than it is for inexperienced workers. In other words, it does take longer for experienced workers" - when this foundationally is still comparing? longer than what? that still implies a comparison is being made. I am also not entorely sure how this was negated, because the syllabus did not cover negating comparative claims.

Hi there! For Questions 3.1 and 4.1, I answered that there were two premises and one conclusion, rather than just one premise and one conclusion, as the answer states. See my answers below:

3.1: P1: For the public's complaints about the public transport systems have eroded confidence in such systems; P2: and for these systems are vital to urban lifestyle; C: the municipal body is bound to react.

4.1: P1: ... for the population of grandmothers who typically make these is declining; P2: and fewer young people show interest in jam making.; C: The amount of homemade jams in local county fairs will most likely continue to dwindle

Am I incorrect for denoting these premises as two separate premises? Can someone explain why they are not separated into two premises, according to the answer? Aren't these two separate statements of support to lead to the conclusion?

Thank you!
