i don`t see why D is not equally incorrect as C. Argument says that members can recive in certain places. C: we don`t know if they can. D: we don`t know if person is not member, because members maybe can something which is nor stated in argument (argument says that they can, but not should)
in another word assumption that this person is not a member just equal to assumtion that maybe members can recive in other places exept stated in argument
