Would it not be people who "understand people (cause) -> give orders (effect)" because understanding people is the effect that causes you to be able to give good orders.

Did this take me 14 mins? Yes, but it's one of the only I got right on the first try for this set of lessons. Celebrate the wins. Honestly, what really helped was pausing this lesson and reviewing the foundations; if things are not making sense, don't keep doing hard questions. Sometimes, you have to go back to move ahead.

The maximizing part is messing me up. Isn't maximizing a type of change?
