I don't think there is a sufficiency necessity relationship in "some" statements. They're bi-directional. One does not necessarily imply the other.

So I thought answers B and C were necessarily wrong because a reduction in popularity does not imply that they aren't still popular. I got the right answer but I'm not sure if my elimination of those two possible answers is good process... Am I failing to use formal logic where I should be?
