Definitely seek accommodations. The test goes by pretty quickly, so I think the average person wouldn't need a bathroom break if you go beforehand, but you might as well seek an accommodation to have peace of mind.

I felt the same way, but the question I asked myself during blind review was: How would minor copying/textual errors account for substantial changes in tone between the two works? Might explain the small vocabulary and detail differences, but wouldn't explain why one has a joyous tone while the other has a somber tone, for example.

When you get the 405 error, keep refreshing the page and eventually it will let you in!
From LSAC website about what you're permitted to have with you: "Beverage in plastic container or juice box (maximum size: 20 oz/591 ml). Aluminum cans are not permitted."
