Has anyone else this application cycle got rejected from a school they thought they'd get into? I was just rejected from a school today where my LSAT is at the 75th percentile. I'm not sure if this was an example of yield protection or not. It certainly wasn't my first choice but not my last either. I hope I wasn't rejected just because they thought I wouldn't attend.

I took the test on Saturday. My order was LR-LG-RC-LR.
I remember for LG a game about government info being leaked. RC had passages about Mexican art and birds. In the second LR section, I had some questions about a guitar on the wall, Egyptian dice, and genes.
Overall, I think I did fine on LG. For RC and LR I found it be a little difficult but not too bad.
Damn I completely overlooked B! The tomb and passed-on difference is so clear. Also symbolize isn't the same as being a weapon. It could symbolize and still not be a warrior's mace.
The key to this question is to draw out a diagram. It makes it super easy.
I completely missed the phrase "the only" in the conclusion...it really makes A more recognizable as the correct AC.
I just took my first PT doing all four sections for stamina. For BR, do you guys look at the second Logical Reasoning section, or do you check "simulate modern" to review only the other three sections since the actual test only has three scored sections?
I feel a con of looking at the second LR section would be that it takes up more time but a pro is that I'm obviously reviewing more questions. I'm just unsure what to do.
Thank you so much!
I’ll be taking the January 2023 test and am doing my first PT tomorrow (I know it’s a bit close). I’ll have accommodations for my disabilities with one of them being the option to pause the test anytime.
I looked at the 7sage practice test format and don’t see an option to pause the test anywhere. As I’m trying to replicate the real thing it’d be nice to have it on here. Is there no option on here or has anyone found it and I’m just overlooking it?
I'm really upset I got this question wrong. I was torn between A and C but picked A because I saw the word every in the first sentence, which is Group 1 Sufficient. If you take it that way, it forms an argument that is similar in structure to the stimulus. Ughhhh.
Everyone's circumstances and abilities are different so do what's best for you. I'll be taking it and have not done any practice tests since I last took it in August 2021. I'm wrapping up reading the PowerScore LSAT Bibles along with some 7sage curriculum, so I probably won't start for another week. The only difference for me in why I'm more confident of getting a better score is I will have accommodations for my disabilities this time in January so I'm okay if I get a later start on practice tests.
I got this wrong on both timed and BR.
I kept reading B but thought it was descriptively inaccurate since it says it fails to consider that tides can be affected by conditions in which gravity acts. In contrast, the conclusion does consider that gravity affects tidal ranges. However, I ultimately failed to comprehend just how big of an impact the word "conditions" had in making the AC correct due to it talking about the geography or other factors of an environment of a beach, bay, etc.
This one got me on both timed and BR. Watching JY's explanation helped me understand.
The argument concludes that the area of the brain controlling speech is in the same area as comprehension and judgment since all three things were affected.
Maybe the speech is distinct, but they were all affected because the whole brain was affected?
@cherry641 is there going to eventually be an option where we can just choose to have the questions be from PT's 1 to 45 in the drills? That would be a helpful option.
So to clarify, based on reading the previous comments, if we choose to take PTs with four sections, will there be an overlap with the LR drills?
That would be a bummer because I was hoping to do four sections to build stamina for how long the test actually takes.
#26 really threw me off and like others on here I picked A instead of E since impossible sounded too strong.
If anyone lives in Utah and is studying for the LSAT exam please reach out to me! I'd love to be able to work on studying for a test like this with someone else.

Don't say that; law schools all around the country are lowering their standards due to smaller incoming classes. I just read an article on it this morning. There's no harm in applying just to see what happens!
Could you post a link to the article? I'd be very interested in seeing that.
Have you thought about coming to the US if finances permit it? That's a great score here obviously.
Could someday expand on why answer choice D is wrong? I picked it thinking that since it's showing the best way to decrease heart disease, North Americans aren't doing the right thing by drinking more red wine, so it's wrecking the French argument. I know JY said the best way doesn't matter, but it's still fuzzy.

I would say retake the LSAT at the time best convenient for you. I've taken the test three times (canceled one score) and went up from 148 to 154. I'm studying to re-take it again as I feel I am capable of getting a higher score.
Thanks for the input everyone. I'll proceed to take them on 7Sage until I get closer to the end of my prep. I wasn't aware of changing the interface on 7Sage.
Hi everyone, I apologize if this is a bit long. I'm going to begin taking practice tests soon to hopefully take the test around August to October of this year. I've been researching and debating how best to do practices tests between LawHub and 7Sage. I now seek the opinion of the 7Sage community.
I am leaning towards doing them all on LawHub to use the correct testing format in the self-paced mode. This would involve pausing each section (instead of submitting it) once my 35-minute window is up to avoid answers since LawHub doesn't hide your score/correct or incorrect answers. Then I would blind review the paused sections and input my answers on the 7Sage convert to paper option. Of course, on the other hand, doing the tests on 7Sage is nice since you don't see your score and have the blind review interface.
Another dilemma is since LawHub has all of the PTs in the same order (I believe it's LG LR LR RC), is that another reason 7Sage is better since their tests are in the actual order real tests were? Does anyone have experience doing only ones in the same order on LawHub, or do you purposely do them on 7Sage to have different section orders? I'm unsure if it would be a good thing to take every practice test in the exact same order on LawHub.
Also, during my research, I had seen a post by a 7Sage staff member on a Reddit forum who recommended that we take 90% of our PTs on here and 10% on LawHub.
What method do you guys personally do, and what website do you use to take practice tests?
I'm not seeing why C is not correct. I was thinking that if the anti-tumor stuff is in most organisms then wouldn't that mean they resist cancer just as well as sharks? Thus it must be false?

I had the opposite happen and scored 3 points higher than all my practice tests.
