I totally misread the Question stem "the more technologically advanced a society is, the more are its member are of technology's drawback" into the first sentence "the more technologically advanced a society is, the more marked its members' resistance to technological innovations". So I chose "A" confidently and moved on T-T

It took me a while to finally understand why D is wrong.

Since it says: "Nearly All" mail with "Correct Address" arrive in 2 days, so we know that there's only a very small portion of "correctly addressed" mails that are damaged.

So, in order for most mails to arrive longer than 2 days, it has to be a large portion of mail are "incorrectly addressed"
