Hi! I've already taken the LSAT and am looking to bump up to the 170s, if a gc is made I'd love to be included!

The reason why I did not think it was an argument because it was essentially stating that intellectual places are well-stocked but then said there was a library that was well stocked. However, the library is still an intellectual space. The statement that this library is not well stocked does nothing to further any argument. The useless detail is why I think it does not classify as an argument.
