@yama27 I had this exact same thought process. But the boundary isn't just any point in the year 1765. The time interval ends specifically the moment when the government regulations were implemented. So even if that regulation stimulated the economy, it would've occurred in the time immediately after the interval.

I generally find it a little distracting and easy to get hung up over. But it's definitely a nice idea and maybe would be stronger if it gave a range rather than a static score.
