WAIT I think I got it because losing a job is uncomfortable and keeping it is comfortable so therefore that would be valued over the resistance to change, and would weaken the question. This was my take. Share thoughts.

But isn't job loss an example of social inertia? Would that constitute as a change? and if they're against technological innovations to avoid changing employment status, wouldn't that classify as a resistance to change?
