What does it mean when an answer choice, as is the case in PT17, Sec. 3, #20, Answer D, says, "Fails to consider the status..." of something?
In other words, in this instance, what is the definition of "status"?

In this instance, I believe that "status" would mean the importance or strength of the counterexamples in the argument.
Although outside the purview of your initial inquiry, this question is an excellent representation of a circular reasoning flaw.
